Download the latest versions of ASUS drivers for Windows 10. The list includes Smart Gesture, ATK Package, Audio, Bluetooth, WLAN, LAN, Graphics, Card Reader, USB Charger+, BIOS and more. After upgrading to Windows 10 on my ASUS notebook, I faced some issues like the one with the touchpad. So, I decided to update all the drivers and tools to. ATK Package, free download. After upgrading to Windows 10 on my ASUS notebook, I faced some issues like the one with the touchpad. So, I decided to update all the drivers and tools to the latest versions.

In order to save you some time, I will post here the complete list with all the latest official drivers for Windows 10, since I had to search for every latest version through the ASUS support site.

Notes:

• Drivers included in the list are for Notebooks or Laptops.
• Most of the drivers are ZIP files. To install them, extract the content to a folder and look for the Setup.exe file.
• If you get the message “Another version of this product is already installed…”, you need to uninstall the old version and then install the new one.

ATK Package

ATK Package includes ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities.
To avoid displaying OSD abnormally due to compatibility issue after upgrade to Windows 10, please update ATK Package to v1.0.0038 or above.

ASUS Smart Gesture

ASUS Smart Gesture (Touchpad Driver) provides smoother and more intuitive touchpad experiences.
To avoid losing ASUS customized gestures due to compatibility issue after upgrade to Windows 10, please update ASUS Smart Gesture to v4.0.5 or above.

ASUS USB Charger Plus

ASUS USB Charger Plus is a tool to quickly charge your Apple mobile device.
To avoid quick charger no function due to compatibility issue after upgrade to Windows 10, please update ASUS USB Charger Plus to v4.1.6 or above.

Check the Audio vendor on your ASUS Notebook and download the corresponding driver.

For VIA vendor, latest driver from ASUS is for Windows 8.1: . However, some users had issues with the microphone which are solved by using the Windows 10 driver from the VIA site:

Bluetooth

Check the Bluetooth vendor on your ASUS Notebook and download the corresponding driver.

WLAN

Check the Wireless LAN vendor on your ASUS Notebook and download the corresponding driver (help).

For Qualcomm Atheros and Broadcom you also need to check your current Driver Version since there are different branches related to the chipset (help). Download the driver which starts with the same version number as yours.

LAN

Check the LAN / Ethernet vendor on your ASUS Notebook and download the corresponding driver.

For other vendors, latest LAN drivers for Windows 8.1 work fine on Windows 10.

VGA / Graphics

Check the Graphics vendor on your ASUS Notebook and download the corresponding driver.

For Intel Graphics drivers I just use Windows Update. ASUS provides this drivers which are related to a specific Intel chipset: (list) (list) (list) (list) (list) (list) (list) (list).
Alternatively, you can use the Intel Driver & Support Assistant. This application keeps your system up-to-date, identifying new drivers available for your Intel components.

Note: Windows Update may override the driver installed by the utility. Also, if you run the utility again after updating and it shows you the same Installed and Latest versions, do not reinstall since you will enter in an infinite loop. The utility installs the latest driver available but has a bug on the version check.

For NVIDIA drivers I recommend installing GeForce Experience. This application keeps your NVIDIA drivers up to date.

AMD Graphics drivers can be downloaded here:

The AMD graphics driver includes support for ATI Radeon HD, FireGL, FirePro and Mobility Radeon HD. Also, you can download the latest driver from AMD site.

Card Reader

Check the Card Reader vendor on your ASUS Notebook and download the corresponding driver.

For Ricoh vendor, latest driver from ASUS is for Windows 7: . However, there is a newer version from Dell:

If you don’t find your driver, search it on ASUS support.

Notes:

• Some Intel drivers provided by ASUS are related to a specific Intel chipset. So, if the driver file name contains words like Skylake, Broadwell, Braswell or Bay Trail be sure to check which chipset do you have before installing it. I included chipset lists in the Graphics section. A user with a UX32VD (Ivy Bridge chipset) reported to have CPU low frequency and overheating caused by the Intel DPTF driver for Skylake. The solution was to downgrade to the Windows 8 version of the DPTF driver corresponding to his chipset.
• ASUS does not provide camera drivers for most of the models since the built-in camera can work well with Microsoft inbox driver (help).
• There is another application called ASUS Remote Link which also installs Smart Gesture and it is listed in Windows as ASUS Smart Gesture version 4.3.9. However, the version number does not correspond to Smart Gesture since the application has less features than the latest one. In addition, Mobile Control tab shows an older Server Version (1.0.1.12 vs. 1.0.3.12). So, if you want to use Remote Link I recommend you to install the latest Smart Gesture, go to the Mobile Control tab and check “Enable Remote Link in my PC”.
• The ASUS Splendid application is the same for all laptops but ASUS includes the corresponding ICM (Image Color Matching) files depending on the laptop model. In order to use the latest version, you need to copy the ICM files for your laptop in the /data/ColorTable/ folder of the installer before running it. Go to the support site for your specific ASUS model, download Splendid and extract the ICM files from there.
• Intel is not releasing a specific Intel USB 3.0 driver for Windows 8, 8.1 or 10. Those systems have a native in-box USB 3.0 driver (help).

BIOS

Be very careful when updating your BIOS, you could end up with an unbootable computer. Only update it if you need to.

First, check the BIOS version of your ASUS Notebook. Then, search your laptop model on ASUS support site and download the BIOS file, if there is a newer version. Finally, install and run ASUS WinFlash to update the BIOS version.
